I always do What I Eat In A Day on Weight Watchers videos over on my YouTube channel, but I thought it would be fun to do some of that here on the blog. Let’s get into it!
Breakfast – 0 Points

Lunch – 12 Points

2 Flatout Original Flatbreads – 4 Points
2 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip – 2 Points
4oz Cajun Turkey – 2 Points
Single Serve Bag of Simply Lays – 4 Points
Dinner – 16 Points

4oz Member’s Mark Pulled Pork – 2 Points
2 Publix Hamburger Buns – 7 Points
Single Serve Kraft White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese – 7 Points
Dessert – 3 Points

Quaker Chocolate Rice Cake – 2 Points
2 Tbsp Reese’s Whipped Topping – 1 Point
This is a pretty average day of eating on Weight Watchers for me. I typically eat a lower point breakfast and lunch, and a higher point dinner.
