I always do What I Eat In A Day on Weight Watchers videos over on my YouTube channel, but I thought it would be fun to do some of that here on the blog. Let’s get into it!
Breakfast – 4 Points
3 Eggs – 0 Points
2 Cups Hash Browns – 3 Points
1/2 Link Trader Joe’s Spicy Jalepeno Sausage – 1 Point
Lunch – 4 Points
Spring Mix – 0 Points
Cucumbers – 0 Points
Tomatoes – 0 Points
Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips – 0 Points
1 oz Trader Joe’s Lite Mozzarella Cheese – 1 Point
3 Tbsp Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Ranch – 3 Points
Dinner – 16 Points
Green Beans – 0 Points
7oz Steak – 9 Points
Single Serve Kraft White Cheddar Macaroni – 7 Points
This is a pretty average day of eating on Weight Watchers for me. I typically eat a lower point breakfast and lunch, and a higher point dinner.
