The truth? You can have fast food on weight watchers freestyle. There are many times that I’m on the go and still trying to stay on track, so here are a few of my go-to’s.

Breakfast – 7 Points

Chick Fil A Egg White Grill – 6 Points
Chick Fil A Large Fruit Cup – 1 Point
Lunch – 10 Points

Wendy’s Small Chili – 3 Points
Wendy’s 6 Piece Chicken Nuggets – 7 Points
Dinner – 10 Points

***The Zaxby’s grilled house salad comes up as 13 points in the WW app, but that is including the toast. The toast is 5 points, so if you don’t eat it the salad is only 8 points.

Zaxby’s Lite Vinaigrette Dressing – 2 Points
